(note: this software will not install anything on your local PC)

Select save, once download is completed, click to run the program.

Select save, once download is completed, click to run the program.

Download on Internet Explorer

Select save, once download is completed, click to run the program.

Step 2: Provide your Remote Support Technician with the Remote Assistance code
